SHIPPING POLICY

All Teemsa products are made to order. Each product is prepared specifically after an order is placed.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
The estimated delivery time and shipping options available for your order will be displayed at checkout.
The checkout estimate is the main delivery estimate for your order and may include both production and shipping time.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. They may be affected by product availability, order volume, holidays, weather conditions, customs procedures, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING
Orders delivered within the United States may be eligible for different shipping options depending on the product, delivery address, and available fulfillment provider.
The available shipping methods, shipping price, and estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Some products or shipping methods may not be available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, or other United States territories.
EUROPEAN UNION SHIPPING
For eligible European Union orders, we use local or regional fulfillment whenever available.
Local fulfillment can provide more suitable shipping rates and faster delivery times for European customers.
The available shipping price and estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout according to the destination country, product, color, size, and available fulfillment location.
If local fulfillment is unavailable because of product availability, selected variants, or other circumstances, the order may be produced and shipped from another region. In this case, delivery may take longer than the original local estimate.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
The final shipping cost depends on:
• The delivery destination
• The selected product
• The product quantity
• The available fulfillment location
• The shipping method available for the order
Shipping prices may change when fulfillment providers or shipping carriers update their rates.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is only available when it is clearly displayed on the product page, cart, or checkout.
A free shipping offer may apply only to specific products, countries, order values, or promotional periods.
If free shipping is not displayed at checkout, the customer must pay the shipping cost shown before completing the order.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders enter production after payment and order details have been successfully received.
Please review your selected product, size, color, quantity, and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at hello@teemsa.com.
Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered production.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email after your order has shipped.
The tracking page may require several business days to show movement after the shipping label has been created.
Some shipping services may provide limited tracking information depending on the destination country and carrier.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please check your name, street address, apartment number, postal code, city, state or region, and country before completing your order.
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at hello@teemsa.com.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has entered production or shipped.
Teemsa cannot guarantee a free replacement or refund when an order is delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
CUSTOMS, TAXES, AND IMPORT FEES
Taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout where applicable.
If an order is fulfilled or shipped internationally, customs duties, import taxes, or handling charges may be imposed by the destination country.
Unless already collected at checkout or otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by local authorities.
Customs processing may cause additional delivery delays.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Orders containing multiple products may be produced or shipped from different fulfillment locations.
Products from the same order may therefore arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
Receiving one package does not necessarily mean that the remaining products are missing.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Teemsa is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, severe weather, holidays, strikes, incorrect addresses, local delivery disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will assist customers when possible by reviewing tracking information and contacting the appropriate fulfillment or shipping provider.
LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to be lost, contact us at hello@teemsa.com with your order number.
We will investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate solution based on the tracking information and the circumstances of the order.
If the carrier marks an order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check:
• Your mailbox and delivery area
• Other household members
• Neighbors
• Your building reception or mailroom
• The local shipping carrier
Please contact us if the package still cannot be located.
REFUSED AND UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is refused, left unclaimed, or returned because the customer did not complete the required delivery or customs procedures, any refund or replacement will be reviewed individually.
Shipping charges and other costs that cannot be recovered may be deducted from any refund, except where prohibited by applicable law.
